The Shareholders' Meeting of Mugello Circuit Spa, on the basis of a reference list submitted by Ferrari SpA, appointed the new company Board of Directors as follows: Roberto Benelli, Stefano Domenicali, Paolo Poli. The Board of Directors then elected Paolo Poli as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, Roberto Benelli as Chairman.
